8 Hour flight i have an ipod touch 2nd gen 32GB what to put on it?

Ok so i’m going on an 8 hour flight and i get realllyyy bored and i hate the smell of planes I have an ipod touch 32gb 2nd gen but im not sure on what to put on it; i have a lot of DVD’s and i have about 50 of them on ipod file though, sometimes i feel sick looking down at my ipod screen I easily get bored with JUST listening to music. I would play games but they drain the battery wayyyyy to quickly. I was thinking about audiobooks but i’m 14 and dont want to spend a tenner on an audiobook on the itunes store and my dad probably wont let me use his card on any other website. I was looking at audiobooks on the public domain but most of them are not of my liking (e.g. dont really want to listen to Shakespeare,Sherlock Holmes etc.). I will list a few books i like: The Harry Potters, The Cherub series, Eragon series and the Lord of the rings ( the hobbit). I like some podcasts (i am into tech ones and funny ones). So my questions are what can i put on my ipod to entertain me bearing in mind what i have just said. Can i get free audiobooks of my liking from anywhere?(LEGAL)Any good places where i can download free legal movies like thehuntforgollum.com/?
